Limone Galleria Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping of Products: 1.1. Limone Galleria undertakes to process and ship the products purchased as quickly as possible, within the timeframe established on each product page. However, please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays, adverse weather conditions or logistical problems.
Shipping Methods and Costs: 2.1. Limone Galleria offers different shipping options, with shipping rates calculated according to the destination and weight of the products. The available shipping options will be presented during the checkout process, along with the costs associated with each of them.
Order Tracking: 3.1. After confirming the shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number to track the delivery. This number will allow you to locate your package through the website of the carrier responsible for shipping.
Shipping Address: 4.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Limone Galleria is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges: 5.1. Limone Galleria is committed to providing quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery of the product, as long as it is in its original condition, unused and properly packaged. 5.2. To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service, stating the reason for the request and your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. 5.3. Please note that in the event of a return or exchange, the associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for the return is due to a product error or defect on the part of Limone Galleria.
Refunds: 6.1. Once we have received and assessed the returned product, we will process the refund within a reasonable time. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed between Limone Galleria and the customer.
